This is a platter I first served last year actually . . . during my Flight Attendant Training course . . . when I prepared this rather appetizing entrée for some special, special friends.
And . . . as I’m meeting those special, special friends again this Friday . . . and this week’s theme at Wicked Wednesday is all about “Food” . . . it seemed doubly appropriate that I should serve it up again!!!
